Custom Design Process

Step One - Get to Know You!
Our goal here is to get to know who you are, your style, how you envision your event or your announcement, etc.  Please fill out the simple form below to help us gather some preliminary information about you.  We will then set up a meeting where we can discuss your vision in more detail.   

Step Two - Get to Work!
This is our favorite part!  We will get right to work creating two fabulous ideas based on the information and inspirations you have given us.   Our design fee is $75.   This fee is non-refundable and will later be deducted from your final order (see Step Four).

Step Three - Perfect It!
You'll give us your feedback and we will revise accordingly.   Your package includes two rounds of revisions.  Additional rounds of revisions are billed at $50.00 per hour.

Step Four - Create it and send it off with wishes!  
Once you have approved your design, we send you a final invoice (with design fee deducted off of the amount).    Upon receipt of payment, we will begin producing your custom pieces.  Please allow at least 4-6 weeks from start to completion of the entire process.
