You will find that we take this subject very seriously. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. Furthermore, Notepolish uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. What is your return policy?

For custom designed and/or custom printed orders:

We are perfectionists here at Notepolish, and we will do everything to ensure that you are completely happy with our designs BEFORE anything goes to print. As such, once your proof has been approved, we cannot offer refunds.

For items that are not custom printed:

If what you ordered doesn’t completely meet your expectations we are happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Please contact us by email if you would like to return your order:

How long does it take to receive my goods?

Orders are sent Standard Shipment via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail so shipping time varies. On average, it is safe to say that for non customized orders, you will receive your package within 3 - 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment which will give you an exact delivery date. If you are in a rush to recieve your order, please contact us for information on expedited shipping methods.
